On January 1st, 2010, Jon and I flew to Minneapolis, Minnesota for my brother, Scott's, wedding. He and his bride, Liz, were married in the St. Paul Minnesota Temple on January 2, 2010. Liz's color's were red, black, and white. She had a beutiful bouquet and the cake was gorgeous. My brother married into a family of 7 girls and 2 boys. Her parents are very nice and it seems like he married into a great family. Minnesota was very cold and the 2 days we were ther, the temperature was below 0. After the temple ceremony, the photographer only took one group shot outside the temple and then everyone left. Only the poort bride and groom had to stick around for additional shots. That's how cold it was!!! The reception was wonderful with homemade salad's, veggie trays, and banana splits. Very simple and nice. The best part of the whole weekend was being able to spend time with my family. Everything about the weekend was wonderful except to two things. The airline's lost my parents luggage and it was freezing cold. In fact, I think I came back with a cold.
Enjoy the pictures!!!

you guys are so cute. I'm glad you got to see your family. Glad you made it home safe and sound.
love, Love, LOVE the pictures. I still think of Scott as this deacon passing the sacrament and here he is all grown up. (sniff, sniff) I'm sorry the airline lost your luggage. It seems like that always happens when you REALLY need your things.
I love your new pic of you and John. I can image how cold it was, but so glad you got to see your family too.
